STAYING AT THE APARTMENT LUCIA

1.) Check-in: from 16.00
Check-out: till 10.00 in the morning

2.) Pets are allowed; an additional fee is required.

3.) Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.

4.) Parties are not allowed.

5.) Guests are not allowed to make noise between 10 pm and 7 am.

6.) There is no parking available at the apartment, as the town of Piran is closed to public vehicle traffic. Free parking is available for all our guests, and we will arrange transportation from the parking area directly to the accomodation.

7.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.

2.) Your reservation is confirmed after e-mail confirmation and receiving the voucher.

3.) 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made before arrival.

4.) You can cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival for free and we will return the money. If you cancel the reservation 13 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or by calling our reservation department during office hours.

 5.) If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not canceled their reservation, they will be charged for the entire stay.

6.) Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
