INFORMATION ABOUT APARTMENT REBECCA
The 3-bedroom fully air-conditioned Apartment Rebecca is located directly by the sea. It is suitable for a maximum of 7 guests. In addition, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
This cozy apartment is bright with higher ceilings and was renovated with noble materials and a modern design. Apartment Rebecca is placed in an old house with great historical heritage. You will also find genuine old staircases made out of stone in them.
It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace from which you will see almost the entire Piran’s old marine.
In the first bedroom is a large double bed, in the second bedroom are two single beds and in the third bedroom is an LCD TV and two single beds. But one person can also sleep in the living room, where a comfortable sofa and an LCD TV are. Both big screen LCD TV has cable and satellite channels.
The kitchen of Apartment Rebecca is fully equipped. It contains all the necessary utensils and equipment: kitchen utensils and tableware, dining table, hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, wine cooler, coffee maker, and water heater.
Two bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. There is also a washing machine in one of the bathrooms.
The WiFi is free. Parking for one car is free at the public garage.
STAYING AT THE APARTMENT REBECCA
1.) Check-in: 16.00 – 00.00
Check-out: till 11.00 in the morning
2.) Pets are allowed; an additional fee is required.
3.) Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
4.) Parties are not allowed.
5.) Guests are not allowed to make noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
6.) Parking for one car is free at the public garage.
7.) Guests are responsible for the property during their stay. Damage done will be validated by the owner, and guests must compensate for the damage based on the owner’s assessment.
RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICIES
1.) The allowed number of guests is based on each reservation. However, there must never be more guests in the apartment than the number of guests on the reservation.
2.) Your reservation is confirmed after e-mail confirmation and receiving the voucher.
3.) 30% of the payment has to be made to confirm the reservation. The rest of the payment must be made before arrival.
4.) You can cancel the reservation 14 days before arrival for free and we will return the money. If you cancel the reservation 13 days or less before arrival, you are not entitled to a refund. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via e-mail or by calling our reservation department during office hours.
5.) If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not canceled their reservation, they will be charged for the entire stay.
6.) Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

PARKING
You can stop your car at the roadside in front of the building and carry your luggage up to the apartment. Staying with the car in the city for up to 15 min is generally free of charge. If you stay longer, show the officer at the ramp your booking confirmation when exiting the town. This will extend your free length of stay to 60 min. Otherwise, you will be charged a few euros.
Once you are inside the apartment, turn right, and on the shelf, you will find a parking card. Take the card with you and park your car in the parking garage “Fornače” located 200 m behind the ramp when exiting the city. By using this card, you can park free of charge.
It is about a 15-minute walk from the parking garage “Fornače”, but a free shuttle bus is also driving.
