As the accommodation is located within Piran’s historic old town, where vehicle access is restricted, please send us a message with your approximate arrival time via WhatsApp or Viber at least 1 hour before your arrival at +386 70 929 952.

Based on your arrival time, we will arrange transportation from the parking area to the accommodation to ensure a comfortable and stress-free arrival. And when you leave we will arrange the transportation back to your car.

The villa combines two independent apartments – Paolo and Maria – creating an exclusive holiday retreat. Thoughtfully designed, it offers the ideal setting for spending quality time together while ensuring ample privacy for larger families or groups of friends.

With a total of 101.5 m ² of interior living space and approximately 300 m ² of private outdoor area. The property features three bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, and spacious outdoor areas designed for relaxation and embracing the slower pace of Istrian life.
